At CrossFit Chariot, we take fitness very seriously. Our purpose is to increase physical capacity in every one of our clients. We use weightlifting, powerlifting, running, rowing, throwing, and gymnastics in varying combinations to achieve this. Our program is in a class format, where every athlete does the same workout, scaled to his or her level.
When thinking about how to explain what CrossFit® is, we like to start with what CrossFit is not:
